라자가하 근처 베바라산에 있는 동굴로, 한때 부처님이 아난다에게 한 겁 동안 더 머물러 달라고 청할 기회를 주었으나 아난다가 알아채지 못했고, 훗날 이 근처에서 제1차 결집이 열렸던 곳.

A cave on Mount Vebhāra near Rājagaha where the Buddha once gave Ānanda an unheeded opportunity to ask him to live for an aeon, and near which the First Buddhist Council was later held.
