王舍城韦跋罗山坡上的一处石窟，佛陀曾在此给阿难请求佛陀住世一劫的机会而阿难未能领悟，第一次结集后来即在其附近举行。

A cave on Mount Vebhāra near Rājagaha where the Buddha once gave Ānanda an unheeded opportunity to ask him to live for an aeon, and near which the First Buddhist Council was later held.
