Other門前のセリーサ樹にちなんで名付けられた、四大王天にある天宮で、最初は天子ガヴァンパティが住み、後にパーヤーシが住んで、そこで出会う旅人たちに正しい布施の仕方を教えた。
A celestial mansion in the Cātummahārājika heaven, named for a serīsa-tree at its gate, that was occupied first by the devaputta Gavampati and later by Pāyāsi, who advised travelers he met there to give alms properly.
