  • A millionaire’s son of Soreyya who, after an inappropriate wish upon seeing the elder Mahā-Kaccāyana’s beautiful body, was instantly transformed into a woman, married and bore children as the wife of a treasurer, and was eventually restored to manhood by the elder before entering the Order and attaining Arahantship.
