講述金色童子 Suvaṇṇasāma 的本生故事：菩薩投生為林中兩位苦行父母之子，因膚色如金而得名，父母被蛇毒致盲後由他悉心奉養，後在取水時被 Bārāṇasī 王 Piḷiyakkha 誤射。

A Jātaka about Suvaṇṇasāma, the golden-hued son of two ascetic parents in the forest, who was the Bodhisatta and devotedly cared for his parents after they were blinded by snake venom, until he himself was shot by King Piḷiyakkha while fetching water.
