သရုပ်ဆောင်အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင် Tālapuṭa က ပရိသတ်ကို ပျော်ရွှင်စေသော သရုပ်ဆောင်များသည် ရယ်မောနေသော နတ်ဘုံသို့ ရောက်ရှိကြမည်လားဟု ဗုဒ္ဓကို မေးမြန်းသော်လည်း၊ ကာမဂုဏ်ကို လှုံ့ဆော်ခြင်းသည် ရယ်မောသံများနှင့် ပြည့်နှက်နေသော ငရဲသို့သာ ဦးတည်ကြောင်း သိရှိရပြီး၊ ထို့နောက် ရဟန်းပြု၍ ရဟန္တာဖြစ်ခဲ့ကြောင်း ဓမ္မဒေသနာတစ်ပုဒ်ဖြစ်သည်။

A discourse in which the actor-manager Tālapuṭa asks the Buddha whether performers who delight audiences are reborn among laughing gods, and learns instead that inducing sensual passion leads to a hell of laughter, after which he enters the Order and attains Arahantship.
