一部经，讲述戏班班主 Tālapuṭa 请问佛陀取悦观众的伶人是否死后生于喜乐天，佛陀却答以煽动欲乐者反将堕入喜乐地狱，Tālapuṭa 闻法后出家并证阿罗汉果。

A discourse in which the actor-manager Tālapuṭa asks the Buddha whether performers who delight audiences are reborn among laughing gods, and learns instead that inducing sensual passion leads to a hell of laughter, after which he enters the Order and attains Arahantship.
