หนังสือเล่มที่แปดของขุททกนิกาย เป็นชุดบทร้อยกรองซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เชื่อว่าเป็นผลงานของพระเถระในสมัยพุทธกาล บอกเล่าเรื่องราวชีวิตของท่านและแสดงความปีติแห่งการหลุดพ้น ภายหลังแปลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษในชื่อ Psalms of the Brethren

The eighth book of the Khuddakanikāya, a collection of verses attributed mostly to elders of the Buddha’s own lifetime, recounting their life stories and expressing the joy of liberation, later translated as Psalms of the Brethren.
