라자가하와 웨살리 사이 길에 있는 왓지족의 마을. 사리풋타가 한때 머물렀던 곳이며, 후에 부처님이 두 상수제자 사리풋타와 목갈라나가 입멸한 뒤 그들을 찬탄하러 이곳에 오셨다.
