Vaccha အနွယ်ဝင် ရဟန်းတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ပထမသံဂါယနာမတိုင်မီပင် ပိဋကတ်တော်သုံးပုံလုံးကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ တတ်မြောက်ခဲ့ကာ၊ ကျမ်းဂန်ရွတ်ဆိုနိုင်စွမ်းကြောင့် ‘Ukkhepakata’ ဟူသော ဘွဲ့နာမည် ရရှိခဲ့သူဖြစ်သည်။
