PlaceCittakūṭa山の洞窟に住む巨大な蜘蛛で、長雨の季節にそこで雨宿りしていた渡り鳥Dhataraṭṭha雁の群れをその巣にかけて殺した。
A giant spider living in a cave on Mount Cittakūṭa whose web trapped and killed the migrating Dhataraṭṭha geese sheltering there during a prolonged rainy season.
