Vīraka Jātaka
Jātaka一则本生故事,讲述沼泽乌鸦菩萨手下一只投靠的乌鸦不甘只食残鱼、执意自行捕鱼而溺毙,用以映射提婆达多妄图效仿佛陀之事,提婆达多对应那只溺亡的乌鸦。
A Jātaka about a marsh crow, the Bodhisatta, whose servant crow drowns after abandoning his role and trying to catch fish himself, told in reference to Devadatta’s attempt to imitate the Buddha, with Devadatta identified as the drowned crow.
