一部经，讲 Vaṅgīsa 在其师 Nigrodha Kappa 去世后，以偈颂请问佛陀其师是否证得涅槃，佛陀以偈作答确认其证悟，此经又称 Nigrodhakappa Sutta。

A discourse in which, after his teacher Nigrodha Kappa’s death, Vaṅgīsa asks the Buddha whether he attained final liberation, and the Buddha confirms it in a poem, this being the encounter also known as the Nigrodhakappa Sutta.

一组偈颂，是比丘 Vaṅgīsa 在祇园证得阿罗汉果后不久所诵，表达自己得为佛陀弟子的欣悦。

A set of verses spoken by the monk Vaṅgīsa at Jetavana shortly after attaining Arahantship, in which he rejoices at having become a disciple of the Buddha.
