မြို့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိ ဆူညံသည့် ပွဲတော်ကြောင့် စိတ်ဆိုးသည့် ဝေသာလီမြို့မှ ရဟန်း၊ တောနေတရားကို မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုသည်ဟု တောသစ်ဘုံနတ်တစ်ပါးက ကဗျာဖြင့် ဆုံးမခံရ၍ ထိုသင်ခန်းစာကို နှလုံးသွင်းကာ ဝိပဿနာဖွံ့ဖြိုးစေ၍ ရဟန္တာဖြစ်ခဲ့သည်။
