Vasala Sutta
SuttaA discourse, also called the Aggikabhāradvāja Sutta, given after a brahmin reviles the Buddha as an outcaste while he sought alms, in which the Buddha explains that it is one’s deeds, not one’s birth, that make a person an outcaste or a true brahmin.
