조티팔라의 친구 가티카라가 살던 코살라의 소읍. 붓다가 코살라에 오래 머무는 동안, 카사파 붓다가 한때 조티팔라를 가르쳤던 승원을 방문하여 그곳에서 직접 가티카라 경을 설했다.
