Āyura
Person바라나시 마다와 왕의 대신으로, 동료 뿍꾸사와 함께 판나까 자타카에서 슬퍼하는 왕을 위로하는 세나까를 도왔으며, 현생에서는 마하 목갈라나가 되었다
Minister of Maddava, king of Bārāṇasī. When Maddava was grieved at the loss of his wife, Āyūra and his colleague Pukkusa helped the king’s counsellor Senaka to quench the king’s sorrow.
The story is told in the Paṇṇaka Jātaka (J.iii.337 ff).
In the present age Āyūra became Māhā-Moggallāna (J.iii.341).
