Person시키 부처님 시대의 화환 장인으로, 그 부처님께 화환을 바친 공덕으로 미래생에 왕으로 태어났고, 현세에는 비구 수카타벨리야 장로로 태어났다
A garland-maker in the time of Sikhī Buddha. While taking a garland to the palace, he saw the Buddha and offered it to him. As a result, twenty-five world-cycles ago he became a king named Dvebhāra. In the present age he was known as Sukatāveliya Thera (Ap.i.217).
