Cūḷāmaṇi-cetiya
Place고행자의 삶에 들어갈 때 부처님이 자르신 머리카락을 봉안하기 위해 삭까가 세운, 따와띵사 천에 있는 일 요자나 높이의 탑으로, 부처님의 사후 삭까가 도나에게서 회수한 오른쪽 쇄골을 추가했다
A cetiya in Tāvatiṃsa one league in height, raised by Sakka over the hair cut off by the Buddha when he donned an ascetic’s robes on the banks of the Anomā (J.i.65).
After the Buddha’s death, Sakka added to the hair the right collar bone taken by him from Doṇa (q.v.), who was trying to conceal it in his turban. DA.ii.609; MT.376; BuA.235; Mhv.xvii.20.
