Person아들이 캄사의 혈통을 멸망시킬 것이라는 예언 후 단일 기둥 탑에 갇혔던 아시탄자나의 마하캄사 왕의 딸로, 몰래 임신하여 후에 우파사가라와 결혼하고 악명 높은 안다카웬후 열 형제와 딸 안자나데위를 낳았다.
Daughter of Mahākaṃsa, king of Asitañjana. It was predicted that her son would destroy the lineage of Kaṃsa; she was therefore imprisoned in a room built on a single pillar. With the help of her serving woman, Nandagopā, she entered into an intrigue with Upasāgara, whom she afterwards married.
They had ten sons — the notorious Andhakaveṇhudāsaputtā — and one daughter, Añjanadevi (J.iv.79 ff; PvA.99 ff).
