Person아미토다나의 손자이자 밧다깟짜나의 형제인 사캬족 왕자로, 스리랑카로 건너가 자신의 이름을 딴 정착지를 세웠으며 디가가마니의 아버지가 되었다.
A Sakyan prince, grandson of Amitodana and brother of Bhaddakaccānā. He went to Sri Lanka and there founded a settlement which he named after himself. His son was Dīghagāmaṇī. Mhv.ix.10 f; 18; Dpv.x.6, 8.
