Ekachattiya
PersonMột vị A-la-hán, vào thời Đức Phật Atthadassī từng là một khổ hạnh giả có đông đảo tín đồ, đã đến yết kiến Đức Phật và giương lọng trắng che trên đầu Ngài; về sau sống làm vua của chư thiên và làm vua loài người một ngàn lần.
An Arahant. In the time of Atthadassī he was an ascetic with a large following, living on the banks of the Candabhāgā. He visited the Buddha with his followers and held a white parasol over the Buddha’s head.
Seventy-seven world-cycles ago he lived in the deva-world as king of the devas. He was king of men one thousand times (Ap.ii.367 ff).
