아란냐와시(Araññavāsī) 종파의 스리랑카 승려로, 와나라따나 아난다(Vanaratana Ānanda)의 제자이며, 삼반다친따(Sambandhacintā)의 싱할라어 해설을 저술했다.

A thera in Sri Lanka who wrote a Sinhalese paraphrase to the Sambandhacintā. He belonged to the Araññavāsī sect and was a pupil of Vanaratana Ānanda (P.L.C.199, 220).
