Hatthigāma
Place웨살리에서 보가나가라로 가는 길목에 있는 왓지족 마을로, 장자 웃가의 거처였으며 부처님이 이곳에 머물며 그의 방문을 받았다.
A village on the road from Vesāli to Bhoganagara.
It was the residence of Ugga-gahapati and is described as a village of the Vajjī.
The Buddha stayed there and was visited by Ugga (A.iv.212; AA.i.214; S.iv.109).
On his last journey he again rested in the village. D.ii.123.
