Kukkuṭagiri-pariveṇa
Otherマハーヴィハーラ（Mahāvihāra）の境界を破壊した後、カニッタ・ティッサ（Kaniṭṭha-Tissa）王が建てたスリランカの僧房群で、後にマハーセーナ（Mahāsena）王によって修復され、クックターラーマ（Kukkuṭārāma）としても知られる
A row of cells built by Kaniṭṭha-Tissa after he had demolished the boundaries of the Mahāvihāra (Mhv.xxxvi.10).
They were later restored by Mahāsena (Mhv.xxxvii.15; MT.678).
The place is also referred to as the Kukkuṭārāma (e.g., Mhv.xxxvii.15).
