Madhupiṇḍīka
PersonMột vị A-la-hán, khi còn là thợ săn vào thời Đức Phật Siddhattha, đã dâng bánh mật ong lên Đức Phật khi gặp Ngài xuất định trong rừng, và về sau bốn lần lên ngôi vua với tên gọi Sudassana.
An Arahant. In the time of Siddhattha Buddha he was a hunter, and, meeting the Buddha in the forest, he offered him a honey cake, when he arose from concentration (samādhi).
Thirty-four world-cycles ago he was king four times under the name of Sudassana, and at his birth showers of honey fell. Ap.i.136 f.
