Person동명의 선왕의 아들로, 악가보디 9세가 왕위 계승법을 어기고 스리랑카 왕좌를 찬탈하자 인도로 도망쳤으며, 후에 세나 1세에게 살해당했다.
Son of Mahinda III. When Aggabodhi IX came to the throne, contrary to the laws of succession, Mahinda fled to India (Cv.xlix.84 f). He was afterwards slain by Sena I. (Cv.l.4).
