PersonUne servante devenue l’épouse d’Andhakaveṇu, qui donna naissance à dix filles au même moment où Devagabbhā donna naissance à dix fils, et échangea ses filles contre ces fils, lesquels furent dès lors connus comme les fils de la servante de son mari.
A serving woman of Devagabbhā.
Her husband was Andhakaveṇu. She bore ten daughters, their births coinciding with those of ten sons to Devagabbhā, and exchanged her daughters for the latter’s sons.
These, because they were adopted by her husband, came to be known as Andhakaveṇhudāsaputtā. J.iv.79 ff.
