Sīhahanu
Person숫도다나의 아버지이며 따라서 부처님의 조부로서, 다섯 아들과 두 딸을 두었고 사꺄족과 꼴리야족 사이의 친밀한 우호 관계를 유지했다.
Father of Suddhodana, and therefore grandfather of the Buddha. His father was Jayasena. Sīhahanu had five sons and two daughters:
Dhotodana
Sakkodana
Sukkodana
Pamitā
His wife was Kaccānā (Mhv.ii.15 f; Dpv.iii.44 f). Asita was his chief priest (purohita).
Until the time of Sīhahanu, great friendship existed between the Sākyā and the Koliyā (SNA.i.356).
