Suttaභික්ෂූන් උද්යෝගිමත්, ප්රවේශම්සහගත හා ස්ථිර වන පිණිස සීලයෙන් පරිපූර්ණ විය යුතු බව බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ දිරිගන්වන සූත්රයකි.
