Personサーリプッタという師の弟子であるスリランカの比丘で、『アビダンマッタヴィバーヴィニー』に対する複注『アビダンマッタヴィバーヴィニー』と『サッチャサンケーパ』に対する『サーラッタサーリニー』を著した
A monk of Sri Lanka, pupil of Sāriputta.
He wrote a Subcommentary (ṭīkā) on the Abhidhammāvatāra, called the Abhidhammatthavibhāvinī (P.L.C. 108, 173).
He also wrote the Sāratthasālinī, on the Saccasaṅkhepa. P.L.C.200; Gv.62, 72.
