Taraṇiya
Person전생에 홍수로 불어난 강을 건너는 붓다와 승가를 배로 건네준 아라한. 십삼 겁 후 사보가바라는 이름으로 다섯 차례 왕이 되었으며, 삼부타 장로와 동일 인물로 추정된다
An Arahant. In a previous birth he took the Buddha and his monks across a river which was in flood. Thirteen world-cycles ago he became king five times under the name of Sabhogavā (Ap.i.204 f).
He is probably identical with Sambhūta Thera. ThagA.i.47.
