세나 2세의 아우 마힌다와 왕비 킷티의 아들인 스리랑카의 우다야 3세는 답풀라 4세 아래서 유바라자(부왕)를 지낸 뒤 그의 뒤를 이었다

King of Sri Lanka, Udaya III. (A.C. 934-937). He was the son of Mahinda, a younger brother of Sena II, and his mother was Kittī or Kittā. He was first yuvarāja of Dappula IV and later succeeded him as king. Cv.liii.4, 13 ff; Cv.Trs.i.172, n.5 and 174, n.6.
