PersonEin Arahant, der als Laie zur Zeit des Buddha Vipassī ihn am Ufer des Flusses Vinatā traf und ihm frisch gepflückte Feigen darbrachte; man hält ihn für dieselbe Person wie den Ältesten Paccaya.
An Arahant. In the time of Vipassī Buddha he was a householder.
Meeting the Buddha walking along the bank of the river Vinatā, he plucked some figs and gave them to him (Ap.i.295).
He is probably identical with Paccaya Thera. See ThagA.i.341.
