Virūḷha

사대천왕 가운데 하나로 남방을 수호하며, 천신들의 모임에서는 북쪽을 향해 앉아 쿰반다(구반다)를 다스린다.
One of the Four Regent Kings (Cātummahārājāno).
He is the king of the south, and, in the assembly of the devas, sits facing north (D.ii.207, 221).
He is lord of the Kumbhaṇḍā. D.iii.198; Dvy.126, 148.
