Person람마의 사바닷타 왕의 아들로 유반자야로 태어난 보살의 동생이며, 아난다의 전생으로 확인된다.
Son of Sabbadatta, king of Ramma, and younger brother of the Bodhisatta, born as Yuvañjaya. He is identified with Ānanda.
