Daughter of King Mahākaṃsa of Asitañjana who, imprisoned in a single-pillar tower after a prophecy that her son would destroy Kaṃsa’s line, secretly conceived and later married Upasāgara, bearing the ten notorious Andhakaveṇhu brothers and a daughter, Añjanadevi.
