Kaṇḍina Jātaka
Jātaka一則本生故事,講一頭山鹿因深愛一頭母鹿,不顧危險隨她一同下山進入豐收時節的村莊,結果被埋伏的獵人捕殺,母鹿則得以逃脫,一位林中天神目睹此事後引申出三種可恥之事的教誡,其中包括甘受他人操控擺佈。
A Jātaka about a mountain stag whose devotion to a doe leads him to follow her into a village at harvest time despite the danger, only to be caught and killed by ambushing hunters while she escapes, witnessed by a forest deity who draws from it teachings on three kinds of infamy, including yielding oneself to another’s domination.
