Pāyāsi
Person舍多毘耶(Setabyā)的一位酋长,原持断灭见,认为无来世无业果,后经拘摩罗迦叶(Kumāra-Kassapa)辩论说服而归信,死后生于四大王天,并从天界劝人应以恭敬之心行布施。
A chieftain of Setabyā who held that there was no rebirth or fruit of action until debated and converted by Kumāra-Kassapa, and who, after death, was reborn among the lower gods, from where he urged proper, respectful almsgiving.
