仏陀の毛髪舎利をスリランカにもたらしたランバカンナ（Lambakaṇṇa）貴族。後に舎利の剣持ちとして還俗し、最終的に王位を奪ってアンバサーマネーラ・シラーカーラ（Ambasāmaṇera-Silākāla）として十三年間統治した。

A Lambakaṇṇa nobleman who brought the Buddha’s Hair Relic to Sri Lanka, later returned to lay life as sword-bearer to the relic, and eventually seized the throne to rule for thirteen years as Ambasāmaṇera-Silākāla.
