Magadha
Person佛陀时代四大王国之一,先后由频婆娑罗王与阿阇世王以王舍城为都统治,后迁都华氏城,直至阿育王时代一直是印度政治重心所在。
One of the four chief kingdoms of the Buddha’s time, ruled from Rājagaha by Bimbisāra and then Ajātasattu before the capital moved to Pāṭaliputta, and later the seat of political power in India down to the reign of Asoka.
