『相応部』小品の一経で、法経とも呼ばれる。サーリプッタが遠く離れた師の家の方角に礼拝する習慣は適切であると仏陀が説明する。なぜなら諸天でさえ彼を敬うからであり、賢者を他者を渡す船にたとえる。
