Uppalavaṇṇā
Person佛陀两大女弟子之一,出身舍卫城银行家之家,因肤色如青莲花而得名,借由火遍处禅修证得阿罗汉果,被誉为比丘尼中神通第一。
One of the Buddha’s two chief female disciples, a banker’s daughter from Sāvatthi named for her lotus-blue complexion, who attained Arahantship through meditation on a fire-device and was declared foremost among nuns in psychic power.

One of the two daughters of King Kassapa I of Sri Lanka, the other being Bodhī, after whom their father named a vihāra he built.
帝释天委以守护斯里兰卡及其子民之职的神祇 Uppalavaṇṇa,Vijaya 及其部众登岛时曾受其祝福加持;一般(虽非完全)认定即毗湿奴。
The deity to whom Sakka entrusted the guardianship of Sri Lanka and its people, who blessed Vijaya and his followers upon their landing, and who is generally identified, though not entirely, with Viṣṇu.
