Data Deletion

You can delete your Tipitaka.ai account and all your data at any time. Here are the options.

Delete in-app (recommended)

While signed in, go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Close account and confirm. Closing cascade-deletes your account, conversations, bookmarks, notes / tags, and all login methods (including Google / Facebook links), and cannot be undone. Consider using "Export data" on the same screen first to keep a copy.

If you signed in with Facebook

Besides closing your account above, you can also remove Tipitaka.ai under Facebook's Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites to revoke access. To delete the data we hold, use "Close account" above.

Request by email

If you cannot sign in or want us to handle it, email us from your registered address with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify and delete your personal data within 30 days (except where retention is legally required).
